Boxstars Service FAQs

Here are some frequently asked questions about the Boxstars service.

Only thing we cant store is any hazardous material. We store items ranging from wood flooring to alcoholic beverages.
We can offer simple storage needs all the way up to full service 3PL needs. Have your product shipped to us and we handle it from there.

Yes. Every client has there own unique log in. Each client will see their live inventory. Each client can place outbound orders through the software (will call orders or orders that need transportation).

We allow all clients to access our facility during our business hours. Only Boxstars staff has access to the interior portion of the warehouse during non business hours.
Yes! We can offer delivery of your product with our 26’ straight trucks with lift gates.
We are open from Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM and on Saturday from 8AM-12PM.
Absolutely not. We can accommodate a client that has one pallet of product.
Yes. We allow clients to do assembly work. We do not allow heavy machinery, wood working, or auto repair. We allow clients to pick and pull their own orders. Clients inspect and inventory their own product when it arrives at our dock.
We do not allow clients on our equipment but we always have a staff member on site that will help with forklift needs.
We have standard dock height doors that are 8 ft. x 9 ft.
10+ standard dock height docks with levelers. We have one drive-in door that is 8 ft. x 9 ft.
Yes we allow clients to use our WIFI! Clients need to have access to email or their own device while in our facility.
Our facilities have cameras covering the warehouse and a security system. All doors and dock doors are secured. The yard space is gated off. The gate is open during business hours and exterior storage clients have access to the yard 24/7 with their own gate code.
Yes! We keep our warehouse approximately 65 degrees throughout the year.
